They did not come with the first batch to NZ but Velduro NZ gave them to the dealers. I got them and put them in. The next batches may have them included, I do not know but it sleeves the bolt hole and got rid of all creaks/noises from mine. Super silent now except minor motor clacking.

Here is the comparison of my SAR verse the RS Spring. I measure the SAR at 143mm. I think 146mm will just work based on my tests just now. The 2025 Vivid at 62.5mm on an L fits just fine too.

I actually machined down the edge of the spring preload collar on a lathe (the silver part shown in the photo). I removed about 2-3mm, which gained me some much-needed extra clearance, though it’s still a very tight fit. For reference, I’m running a size L frame in STD setting with about 4 turns of preload on the spring. This might not be the most ideal solution, but I’m going to give it a try.

So, I was able to test the Hove MC in size M. At full bottom out, it touches the charging port cover a little. It might be worse under hard compression when the frame flexes. But I think you’re good. I also took the bottom out rubber ring off for the test. With the bottom out ring, it will stop earlier. You can also use a 2.5 mm stroke reduction.


There is also some space under the charging port cover.
I also made a video of the test, but I can’t attach it to the post.

Check ALL bolts. 99% of mine were loose. Also, if you have the time, grease the pivot bolts. Some are greased, some are not.

i had it at 11,2kg. bit higher than expected. moves my weight more into 24ish kg

That's a really good weight with the 800wh battery.

What's the rest of your build, in particular your wheels/ tires?

Wheels are Reserve 30hd al with dt 350 deg hubs
Tyres are Maxxis dhr DD 2.4 rear and assegai exo+ 2.5 front
Ohlins 38 fork and Ohlins coil shock

What frame weight were you expecting? What are some competitive frames coming in at? (E-Dread, Flux, RS180, etc.)

Edit: Also, can you check what UI Controller in on your bike, the D100 or D100F?

so i had the motor out of the frame today, those would definitely not fit. the motor sits flush in the frame, you need to wiggle it in. changed the read bolt to the newer one.
