70kg, depends what and how you ride no point in using someone else's details. no compression rebound 8. Just fiddle about and see. Preferred the bike with the longer chain staysJust wondering, what's your weight and what pressures are you running your shocks at? Also, what do you have the Low speed compression and damping controls set at? Reason I ask is my LBS totally had my shock set up wrong and I was like this thing feels terrible until I did the research to understand how to set it up correctly to my weight.
Saw some comparison that indicates the Bosch system is more efficient actually...Questions:
Being a 48V, do you feel you've got more consistence & control in terms of torque, meaning a more "torquier" assistance, down bellow?
Is just my bias, or does it seams that the bike has better power consumption than a 36V bike?
Thank you!
Are you running about 210psi /14/5 bar in the rear and 86psi /5.92 bar front? Also the one thing they really did wrong with the bike was fill the back shock to the correct pressure and then not cycle it by compressing the shock 7-10 times and then refilling and reaping until it was at the correct pressure, need to ensure the pressure transfer to both chambers. Not questioning your knowledge just making sure it was done correct.70kg, depends what and how you ride no point in using someone else's details. no compression rebound 8. Just fiddle about and see. There's calculator on the SRAM website that will tell you based on chainstay length and front chainring size. How many links does the S3 size chain have on the new Levo?
Indeed. Thank you. There's calculator on the SRAM website that will tell you based on chainstay length and front chainring size.
Specialized Turbo Levo Comp - S4 test ride - with flat pedal and Swatt multitool: 24.60 kgCan anyone share actual weights of their bikes ? THX
LolIf you ride and only look at the top/down tube area all the time.....You probably crash a lot!!
So to give a update they swooped the cassette again to a XO and chain worked for about twenty minutes , then it slipped again I’m so frustrated right now , everything on the rear end has been swoped the only that’s left and no one wants to admit it is the motor’s gears are …..ed , surly if I spent $15300 on a bike Specialised would want to be actively involved to get it swoped or fixed , from the first day that I rode the bike I recorded videos and sent it to the Bike shop , they have tried everything to help but no joy. I own a business and if my client is unhappy for any reason the issue is sorted and corrected ASAP but it’s almost like Specialized doesn’t want to get involved to help (and I’ve bought three bikes in 5 months from them with a another(number 4) Levo on order)On my way to the LBS to hear what’s next they have already swoped out two cassettes and isn’t a alignment issue either so no idea so far but will keep everyone updated
Bosch is annoyingly loud. deal breaker imo.Saw some comparison that indicates the Bosch system is more efficient actually...

yup this was all done , they have tried everything right up to Specialized telling them that there’s a defect int he free hub and they need to check that (which they did and it’s not that either ) Told the LBS take the bike back and refund me rather really not getting any help from Specialized on thischeck that the hash marks align. There are two settings a-b so make sure its on A, check the chain lenght in the smallest gear. good chance you have to remove a link. also you could be at the far end of the adjustment range and the app will tell you if you are, set back to middle and follow the setup intructions

It’s definitely Specialized problem if they telling the Bike shop (ohh sorry there’s actually a issue with the free hub ) which the bike shop checked and it’s notBring it over ill fix it.
sounds like the chain is too long or you missing a tooth on an idler.
Did you check the # of links and/or try a new chain?
thats not specialized problem thats the shops.
good luck
Hard to believe they can't figure it out. swap the rear wheel then. It’s definitely Specialized problem if they telling the Bike shop (ohh sorry there’s actually a issue with the free hub ) which the bike shop checked and it’s not
They have changed chain cassette etc etc etc three times now and done all you mentioned above , this bike has done this from day one and specialized kept quiet about the factory issue with the free hub makes you think what else is problematic with this model
Also If you have DT hubs check the star ratchet....swap the rear wheel then.
Really isn’t the LBS specialized eventually admitted that There’s a factory fault with the free hub , the guys at the shop have done everything in their power changed the cassette changed the chain , they have been fantastic specialized in the other hand is a issue . This bike was a issue from the day that I received it and they are a specialized specific Dealler , So the bottom line is line shop is great Specialized on the other hand is extremely questionableHard to believe they can't figure it out. Gen5 has no rattle what so ever and feels very smooth and refined.Bosch is annoyingly loud. deal breaker imo.

Why would to motor be the source of the skipping issue? Have they tried a new derailleur? So to give a update they swooped the cassette again to a XO and chain worked for about twenty minutes , then it slipped again I’m so frustrated right now , everything on the rear end has been swoped the only that’s left and no one wants to admit it is the motor’s gears are …..ed , surly if I spent $15300 on a bike Specialised would want to be actively involved to get it swoped or fixed , from the first day that I rode the bike I recorded videos and sent it to the Bike shop , they have tried everything to help but no joy. On a flat road, what speed does it cut off? On a hill, can you add enough leg power to get to cut off speed? How about uphill with headwind? (I wonder how much the 1/2 power is limiting a rider on the road)
I'm not sure I have the exact issue as you do. I get intermittent skips maybe 3 times in a 20 mile ride, shop has tried to adjust twice. Yesterday it skipped almost all the time in 7th gear. Shop adjusted yesterday after that and will test tomorrow. Interestingly my skips are only gear 7 and above. I'll be interested if they find your issue.Really isn’t the LBS specialized eventually admitted that There’s a factory fault with the free hub , the guys at the shop have done everything in their power changed the cassette changed the chain , they have been fantastic specialized in the other hand is a issue . Mine did it a few times when it was brand new, now that I have a couple hundred miles on it works perfectly.I'm not sure I have the exact issue as you do.
