It is probably but I just left it as it is ...not so important for me."Start angle" is no longer adjustable?
Instead for me it is important, starting again on a difficult uphill is impossible with 360°It is probably but I just left it as it is ...not so important for me.

No way to get into riding mode. It used to work. It connects fine otherwise.
I have iOS 18.4, 245 v3 display and M820 motor.
Try with the Android appI have the same....![]()
I don't have any android systemTry with the Android app
This was happening to me with the 4.0.0 version but with 4.0.1 I was able to change I have M510. Try again...for me it didn't happen from the first time...also had to disconnect from all other Bluetooth devices.Hello.
I updated to this version, but when I try to change the parameters, it doesn't save them.
I change the parameters one by one and click Save, but when I log back in, the previous parameters appear without any changes.
I have the Bafang M820 motor.
Regards.
I get the same error as well, and it also wipes out all ride mode settings returning them to 0 making the bike useless, I had to use BESST Pro to fix them all with a reset to default and then having to guess all my settings from scratch again. Extremely frustrating.I have the same....![]()
If they are 0 it means they have not been obtained....you need to see the controller firmware in the app...to be sure you can interact with those settings.I get the same error as well, and it also wipes out all ride mode settings returning them to 0 making the bike useless, I had to use BESST Pro to fix them all with a reset to default and then having to guess all my settings from scratch again. Right, it’s clearly not compatible, it tells me that much with the error, but why it’s just wiping out all settings without any confirmation at all is the bad part. It should just leave it alone if it’s not compatible for whatever reason. It’s an M560 with as far as I know the latest firmware (I don’t believe Bafang have released any updates to the 750w version since it was released, but I’ve been considering switching to the 500W firmware anyway because the 750 is just a ridiculous amount of power on anything above Tour mode). If they are 0 it means they have not been obtained....you need to see the controller firmware in the app...to be sure you can interact with those settings.
Now to decide whether to roll the dice and risk it wiping everything out again... I'm leaning towards never installing it again. There is a new version of the app. Bafang are push busted every week now ? UnbelievableView attachment 159050
It works well for me. Was able to adjust all my modes...now my Eco is about 15% power output...and it gradually goes to 100% on boost. Much better and refined now. Using DP C245 v2.0 display and M510 engine with V 2.0 controller. Now to decide whether to roll the dice and risk it wiping everything out again... I'm leaning towards never installing it again.
Same display as you but with a 750w M560. It would just wipe out all my settings to zero as soon as it connected, rendering my bike useless. Any time you tried to go to the assist level settings it would error saying it was an unsupported device and set everything to zero. Only way to fix it was with BESST/BESST Pro. Extremely frustrating to say the least. I can;t imagine what someone without the software and tool would have done, their bike would just be completely dead.It works well for me. Write them email - [email protected]. I wrote them and they already replied 3 times and with some useful information. Seems they try to put some efforts to fix their app and support...Same display as you but with a 750w M560. Yeah you need the BESST software and tool (Or the K1 tool would work as well) to fix it from what I’ve seen. Fortunately I already had them but I can’t imagine how pissed I’d be if I didn’t.I am on the same situation, bike is diabled and no app can restore default riding modes back, incredible.
Well I got it working, sort of, with v4.0.2. its erratic, and takes lots of chances hitting save to see if it actually saved the changes, but all the modes activate the motor now, power comes abruptly in most modes and cant figure why, is not as smooth as factory, wish ive never touched that..Yeah you need the BESST software and tool (Or the K1 tool would work as well) to fix it from what I’ve seen.
