There is no "standard" tire circumference, because each bike manufacturer may use different wheel sizes and tire types.
The initial wheel circumference which was programmed by the bike manufacturer will be shown in the
regulation change history log:

So, your bike manufacturer was programming a wheel circumference of 2271mm on January, 3rd of 2022 to your bike and this is exactly the same tire circumference your bike is currently programmed to, see here in the report:

So, everything is absolutely fine with your Destination and Tire circumference settings currently, because these settings exactly match your regulation log.
So, don´t bother with tire circumference or destination settings, because these settings are absolutely fine on your bike. Otherwise, "Destination" or "Tire circumference" would have been shown (additionally) within the red warning. So, again: Always read carefully the red warning and you will exactly see what the real reason for this red warning will be. If there would be multiple reasons for this red warning, ALL reasons would have been shown within this red warning, separated via comma.
