The cranks make a solid impression, I think they will hold up. I weigh 85 kg and don't worry about it. And at my age it wouldn't be so bad with the best piece either 😆
Do you know what is the difference between ISIS and FB ISIS?

Hey, is there any specific cable for the speed sensor ? I can see in the part list provided by the seller there is the speed sensor SD021 (for LCE930) but I can't see any cable for it, unless it's with the display and battery cable ?

If you look in the Bafang 2023 Workbook it looks like the sensor comes with the cable attached and is available in various lengths.

I had the confirmation from the vendor, my order is now ok. I’m now waiting for motor and frame…

Won't it cut the aluminum bolts?

I made them in the nearest aluminum workshop. I'm not sure about the strength of aluminum. I had a choice to make it out of aluminum or titanium.
Depends. My limited understanding of material sciences is that Ti might yield more strength, but cost 2-3x more.

But higher grade Al is strong too and cheaper. 💪

I don't know if this was already posted here:

Some more "scientific" comparisons between different motors including forestals EON drive, M820's sister.

It looks like EON drive is not the most efficient. TQ is worse, but fazua and EP8 are better:
Reichweite von E-Bike Motoren im Test: So hoch klettern Light-Antriebe

Here, you can find torque and power vs cadence graph:
Light E-Bike-Motor: Forestal F60-S1 (Bafang) im Test

Another link, comparison of siryon vs other lightweight bike. Also some interesting data about the motor

E-MTB Test-Duell Light-Enduros 2023: Forestal Siryon Neon vs. Transalpes E1 Enduro

You can probably use your browse, to translate the page for you.

What do you mean screw everyone else? Looking at the price we had buying direct, I feel quite happy about it!
On the motor+ battery kit. The frame looks great! But wholesale prices that he promised with the LCE930 and m820/410Wh at the outset. Then recently said he wouldn't stock, so you'd have to buy retail now with mark up another 20%+..."screwed" meaning that he took intial orders with promises of wholesale motor kit prices.

Unfortunately, I suspected Jim might do this. I've known him for a few years now and have two LCES04 frames. Well, one now. Just sold my other. I also like the LCES04 frame which is higher quality. I suspect the LCE930 will be the same higher quality. Sorry but he presents as nice and honorable initially, but then changes terms. I guess he is a salesperson afterall. Hopefully, he will be more transparent going forward.

But the good news with Karbon is, more peeps will be able to field test both the frame durability and M820 motor. So, more user feedback to help correct any future issues.

Ultimately, if you have no issues with his new terms, than you should be good.👍

Just wait for Dengfu release their M820 frame. I don't like Lightcarbon because they won't heard advice to use 205mm trunnion rearshock rather than 185mm.

I like the DengFu E-10 and have their full fatty E-06. But sorry the initial lightweight frame didn't look very appealing to me.

I like CEF50 looks and big battery. But the LCE930 does look the most proportional.
The Karbon SL looks great! IMHO🤙

Thanks for your feedback, I would have loved to have the motor battery kit as well from LC, that’s right.
I hope the end of the buy process will be flawless, for now everything is good! :)

RobRides with his review will be able to help hold Jim accountable. So, you'll have that to help sort out any issues with frame at least.💪
