TBF it has only ever happened to me in the air. But can be scary/dangerous as fuck when you go to straighten up/land with your leg attached to the bike.

If they had designed the yoke mount bore horizontal it would be trying to jacknife every compression. Shock yokes are a poor design altogether IMO. But yes. It is what it is

I sell Kit LEVOREX rev.04 (now also for CARBON and Kenevo).
This is a kit designed for the Specialized Turbo Levo (also adaptable to other e-bikes), consisting of an additional external battery and a device that uses "ideal" diodes (MOSFET technology) to connect this battery in parallel to the original without dissipating energy in heat.

The batteries proposed in the "light" version are of the "water bottle" type, from 224Wh (1250g) or 310Wh (1500g), or to "mini-bag" from 224Wh (about 1000g); this capacity is then added to that of your original battery but, increasing the available autonomy more than expected (from the increase proportional to the total capacity), due to the improved efficiency resulting from the reduction of the current supplied by the original battery.
Also available customized battery sizes.
The kit includes, in addition to the assembly instructions, the battery, the battery charger, pre-wiring and the "ideal" diode device that for the Turbo Levo and Kenevo has been designed to be contained inside the engine compartment.

Kit with "mini-bag" battery: 320 euro + shipping costs
Kit with "water bottle" battery: 380 euro (224Wh) or 480 euro (310Wh) + shipping costs
Possibility to install the kit at + 30 euro

NEW: at + € 85, POSSIBILITY OF SUPPLIED A CABLE "BATTERY - ENGINE" ORIGINAL ALREADY MODIFIED, WITHOUT THEREFORE TO CHANGE ITS OWN; the assembly becomes extremely easy and can be restored to the original very quickly by remounting its original cable.

Me and Danny exchanged some photo's with measurements and both agree that the small Levo bottle extender will 9/10 fit my Large Kenevo. I'm going to test fit it and if it doesn't, I will return to him for a refund.

Cheers. I have ordered a small extender to try it on my medium Kenevo. Waiting for it to be here in the next few days. If wont fit, I will make it fit some how

I really hope it fits for you, I think it will be a great addition.
So mine turned up and unfortunately it wont fit where the bottle gauge is due to ohlins shock . Kinda I knew that would be the case, so looking another way to mount it. One way is at the seat post with some made up brackets.
Another way is to change the shock to something else more slimline and as good or better than the Ohlins 22m shock :unsure:

why do you turn the shock round, you would need to buy a bike yoke but cheaper than new shock maybe
edit scrub that I forgot about the specialized shock mount wont fit in the frame

That's a shame, mine should also be here today. I hope there's a lot more space on the large! Danny said he will be making a kenevo specific one, will just have to be patient.

Hmmm interesting thanks. I'm not familiar with that procedure.......makes sense though if it's doable. What yoke would I need Dave?
I dont think you can make it work you would have to turn the shock from end to end and rotate it 180 degrees but the problem is what is now the bottom end of the shock is not an eye so it wont fit in the upper frame mount
tftuned might be ablr to change the shock shaft for a eye one and provide you with a bike yoke but its getting a bit expesive now

Putting it behind the seat post as pictured will end in a catastrophic event. Your rear wheel will hit it on the first big bump you go over ????? or am I missing something here?

No you're right, that's a silly idea. I'm working on a way to fit it in the bottle cage.....work in progress (y)(y)

So after allot of measurement and allot of head scratching, I desided this can be fitted to the Kenevo with a bit of work. Removed the top cap from the extender and fitted the extender to the bottle gauge and got some more measurements.
I decided that the cap comes with the extender is too long and there is unused space in there and could be allot shorter.
I put on my new E-Powha T-shirt :p and fired up Fusion 360 to designed my own cap with the right dimensions so it can clear the shock. Hour twenty to cook on the printer and....well, it worked, the extender fit's with plenty of clearance to the shock. There is a small gap left intentionally for an o ring that I have coming on the post.
Next the wiring :D

P.S I might print the cap again in a nice Kenevo green colour ;)

So I decided to redesign the top cap. After speaking with Danny I made it shorter so it can also fit a small size Kenevo. Also got rid the USB port for two reasons. One for been completely water proof with out it and second, I don't really need it. I always carry a small power bank in my back pack. Kenevo 756wh :love:
