Which small pack?

I can only fit 1 drinks bottle on my bike so am in need of a small back pack that has a bladder to hold 2 - 3 litres and a bit of space for some tools, tubes etc. What do people recommend? I don't want to spend too much (>£100) but would like something decent that will last.

This has been good. No moving when riding, has a back protector and fits all necessary tools and spare parts. And of course has a bladder space.
