Wheel suggestions for eZesty

I have an eZesty AM 9.0 on order which comes with a Shimano freewheel and super heavy Sram NX cassette on middling wheels. I'm thinking about upgrading the drivetrain to AXS X01 and would want a new wheelset. Something lighter but still strong. I set up tubeless but without inserts. And I'm heavy at 98kg kitted up. I'm not sure I'm a candidate for carbon due to our rocky terrain and my weight. But maybe? I'd rather good over cheap. My tyres are usually 2.6" at around 20/25psi front/rear.

27.5", Sram freewheel, 35-40mm rim internal width. What should I be considering?
