would you say running 25% sag be enough to make it more poppy?
Yes how to imagine that would make it super Poppy. I never measured the sag in STD mode but I'm currently running 29% in PRO and it could be firmer feeling in the corners. I've been toying with fork setup and somehow that has changed the feel of how easily the whole bike wants to get airborne. Last week the bike felt completely stuck to the ground. And then this week with some fork changes (softer Spring and more travel) the bike felt insanely Poppy and playful. I even overshot some medium sized jumps by a ridiculous amount and landed on the transition to the next jump. when I was in the air I thought I would be going straight to hospital but managed to ride them out. Like I'm talking over a meter more vertical air than I would normally get and I'm definitely not the boostiest mountain biker around. Also while riding slow with a mate I was clearing natural gaps that I would normally need much more speed to clear. Yet to try STD mode with my current setup and i also want to try a slightly firmer spring.

of course they fit, the question you must ask if they will fit with your inseam length. that, only math can answer.
I will keep it simple......I want to know if they slam all the way down, or how much they stick up.

learning how to do it yourself > needing to ask stuff all the time

get your calculator and your measuring tape out and go to work...

Velduro lists max insertion at 280 mm for medium frame. Fox 210 transfer body is 260 mm + 28 mm for the actuator = 288 mm (not counting the housing and how it may interact inside the seat tube). So the top collar should stick up 8 mm from the seat clamp.

When your near edge cases its best to confirm independently or with someone whose done it... so I understand your question, especially if you don't have the frame. I'd like to have the frame in hand and use a traditional seat post or dropper to check insertion myself before dropping $$ on a new dropper.

Thanks. And yes, you describe my situation. I dont have my frame yet and wanted to order a dropper before it arrives. Cheers

Has anyone outside Slovenia actually received their orders yet?

I placed my order back in December and I’m still sitting here waiting while half the season is already gone. This is honestly ridiculous. If I had known it would take SEVEN months just to get a bicycle frame delivered, I would’ve gone with Unno instead without even thinking twice.

We’re not talking about a custom-built car here it’s a bike frame. Even during the pandemic I never had to wait this long for one.

At this point I’m beyond disappointed. I’m seriously pissed off with how this has been handled.

The wait was long cuz we were waiting for m2s motor. I was fine with the wait.

Can anyone with a medium or small (preferred) Rogue measure the actual seat tube length (roughly the distance between the BB and seat tube collar) and provide it? Only the "effective" seat tube length is specified on the site and I need the detail to properly calculate max dropper travel.
The max post insertion is on the box, of the top of my head it is 304mm on a Large. I have a 240mm one up v3 and it is about 20mm out, the 210mm can be slammed, I can't say for the medium.

Wouldn’t it have been better for you to get a 210mm v3 dropper which you could then slam
View attachment 185354I have rotated th Controller by 180°
how did you manage to do that? its threaded on.

think that through again
No need, my comment is still valid as you didn’t make it clear if it was sticking out the extra 20mm because you need a bigger dropper or if the max seat insertion depth of the frame is lower than the dropper…hence it was sticking out….

Personal preference aiming for best full hight position. To get the 210mm dropper at the right full height for me it was out the frame the extra 30mm so the low was higher to get the same top height.

I understand you, I ordered in mid-November, paid 100% already and received the information yesterday that it's delayed again. Now it's the last week of June.

Did you also order from Zerocenter/Velduro.de? I am in the same boat then, just got the message three days ago that the second container they have on route to Germany will arrive in Hamburg the second week of June. Then they need to go through customs and organize the logistics in Germany, so the distribution to customers will then take place the last week of June.
The question now is: did anyone actually already get a frame or a bike from Zerocenter/Velduro.de? From that rumored first container that originally had an ETA in March? Did they actually deliver anything yet?

I had the dreaded call this week that mine is a further 2/3 weeks delayed :(
Not the news I wanted but still, would rather wait for it than try to buy something else (that Mondraker at sunset is 11 thousand pounds.....)

Unlucky for you guys in europe, plus other parts of the world, who haven't yet received them. I would be super annoyed to be losing the summer riding.
Makes me appreciate how much on the ball @Velduro UK were for having them available in April 👍

Finished. Took me much longer than I originally estimated (~8 hours) but being the first vinyl wrapping job I made a ton of mistakes at the beginning and had to restart a few times.
Quite pleased with the result, all things considered.

Now I need to cut the new decals, re-assemble the whole thing and go ride :)
