StUnlocker and Decoy battery health. Does it work on the free addition?

I've had my Decoy since Jan 2020. I've put 1500+ miles on it. In April (I think) I used StUnlocker to check things and it said battery health at 99% (0 Cycles). I thought with limited daylight, winter weather and other factors I had not ridden that much.

Fast forward to Sept 1st. It still says 99% (0 cycles). I've ridden the bike a number of times to a nearly depleted battery. So, it should have some cycles.

Does StUnlocker not show battery health with the Decoy custom (SMP) battery?

Mine doesn’t show battery health correctly or at all. Zero cycles.

It must be something with the SMP battery.

Mine also shows 0 cycles after 1700 km or so.

Shimano e tube project app does nothing for battery either.
Actually locks up when I try to use the app.
Horrible.

Only works for shimano batteries. I have a simplo battery in my norco and shows the same as above.

So anyone with a Decoy or SMP battery can’t ever read cycles / Battery Health?

No logic in that. ?

Had contact with YT and they mentioned customers ar nor able to read the battery status. You'll have to send the battery back to YT to check. They advised me to log how many km I got out of one charge which is of course variable as shit.
