Is this your the SWB combi model?
There is only one wheelbase size on the nv200. It is a combi yes.
Edit. That's quite an old post .I've still got it and still wouldn't swap it for anything else. Brilliant vehicle.

Looking at getting a smaller van probably end of this year into next as it gets a bit tedious putting the bike in the back of the Alpina when it's filthy.
Do have a tow bar mounted rack but prefer to have the bike inside now.
Don't want a transporter size van as I'll be keeping the car as well for daily use so a smaller van fits the bill.
You still got the Nv200 @cozzy? My mate has the larger 300 and it's a fairly nice van to live with
Any others to look at? Won't be spending loads 3-4k maximum as it'll literally be to throw the bike in for the day and not as a camper type setup.

My trail building rig.
I absolutely love it still. Starting to require more maintenance but nothing serious.
Its a 2012 ive owned since 2016. Would buy a newer one if they still made them rather than the dumb electric version they tried to replace it with.
Bike still fits despite wheels getting bigger and wheelbase getting longer without having to take the front wheel off which is a non negotiable requirement as far as I'm concerned.
Fitted a 370w solar panel to the roof last year to make it easier to charge my powerbank rather than a folding one.
Will be living out of it for a few weeks in morzine later in the year.

Tidy, reliability been good for you?
Broke down once driving to FOD years ago when the intercooler pipe cracked. Still got me home though on much reduced power.
Will actually buy some breakdown insurance this year, especially for European trips. Breaking down abroad is my worst fear.

Happened across this video the other day, which may have already been posted? Evidently you can just about squeeze an EMTB into a Transit Connect. I expect they're cheaper than the bike in the back!

I still have my vw caddy as a bike car a 2016 and it works good. It is a old car so some maintance is needed.

Ok, … got tired of always removing the front wheels of our two bikes so came up with this neat little idea:
The stand I built is foldable for easy storage during the winter months and when in use it’s secured via 4 screws to the vans floor.
Our VW T5 is a 4WD with long wheel base and dedicated to make our riding experience a lot easier.
There’s enough room for all our equipment as helmets, protection and other bike related stuff as well as a crate (accessible via the sliding door) for the Trail Dog as well
As another little xtra, it sports a sink, water supply and a small integrated mid-pressure washer with 5m hose attached to get rid of all the mud after a good day out on the trails.
For our intended use it all works like a charm

Anyone with a SWB transporter know if it’s possible to fit a bike inside with the rear seats still in? We drive down to my mother-in-law’s a good bit and I’d like to be able to fit my bike and kids in the same car. My local VW dealer only has the LWB and those ID Buzz things in stock.
Had a Trafic for 17 yrs. was a cracking van. On a crafter now.

I had one for years and would say it is not possible to have a row of rear seats and leave wheels on the bike. Was possible in my mates lwb but not my swb. I ended up with just a single seat in the back so the bikes would fit up the side of it. Efectively a 3 seater van. My Sprinter doesn#t have that problem!!
