Well today is the first time out on proper trails since my recent injury along side my trail buddy @The Hodge.
A great couple of hours out on a familiar route around the Simonside Hills out of Rothbury Northumberland. Nice and bright but was blowing a hooley on the tops.
So good to be in the company of me auld mate, great craic as usual plus he did 95% of gate duties which was well appreciated.

If I recall correctly…one of you guys posted some “Gorillas in the Mist” photos (starring Segorni Weaver) of your adventures. Those weren’t photo-shopped…or were they?
Anyways, start off slow and tapper off. That’s what I do.

A person should only be smoking if they are on fire, which is still dangerous.
Beautiful day in Moray area. Favourite ride this but someone spoilt the track up to Findlater Castle putting steps in. Filmmakers last year repaired the only dodgy bit with sandbags which was ample . Probably expecting it to be more popular after movie is released. So be barriers etc soon I believe.
