So if you ate less you may have got another 2 miles but you would have been hungry. Good mate that swopping bikesI ran out at 32 miles but thankfully it was mainly downhill home and a mate swopped bikes with me on an uphill bit.
Not my best day out as I was spewing up early on due to eating too much breakfast and I ended up being totally without any energy from about half way round on a very hilly route.
