Mmmmm road numbers go in 1 ear and out the other with me sorry lol. They were in Rowarth just up from Little Mill Inn

Surrey Hills today. Only one pic because the stupid bike decided to randomly start switching off going down bumpy stuff.

Shame really as there had been 30 miles planned. Most of it bumpy.

Managed 16 miles. One of the puddles I came across was about 6 inches deep.

Not much, you think.

However, it was probably a mile long...

Put the studded tires on for a few more miles aboard my beloved bike. Soon the snow will be too deep for these skinny tires!

End of muddy ride on Saturday. It’s been while since I last got out and it was great to be outdoors again.

First light frost today. Had my new neoprene socks on and put hot tap water in the camelbak very toastie

Well, Saturday was sloppy and wet and muddy but held some promise so off I went!

Looked good if very wet up at Jubilee Tower...

Contemplated calling it a day after the first loop as I was sopping wet but thought, No, let's go round again but a slight variation on route - wrong decision!

Full of leaf fall and a hidden branch lying in wait and this happened.

First broken hanger in 30+ years of riding trails... I think I did well then.

Yes I had one 6 month ago same here small piece of wood on beach a hanger and derailleur for me . Bent a few but first broken one in about same amount of years. They don't make stuff like they used to haha

Today's mission was to ride the R3 DH trail. Up with gondola and transition route to the starting point. It was ups and downs and trail was rocky and sometimes very smoot. Mission accomplished.
