Probably because it's used all it's airframe hours and they're worried it would shake itself to bits.

The large white buildings behind the bike are the indoor submarine building sheds at BAE Systems.
The buildings and green crane on the far right are at the nuclear fuel shipping terminal, originally built to supply Sellafield nuclear reprocessing plant.
The hills of the southern Lake District in the background.
My ride yesterday was a round trip from the hill in the background, just above the back edge of the rear tyre (15 mile round trip).

It does ! It's teasing me ! The OH has conformed me to strict stupidity limitation until the ribs are healed (which is probably quite sensible) Been off slightly to the side, but without the leap to the landing :-( Soooooooon.....
