Hi, I'm in the process of deciding which e bike to go for, cube stereo or radon render, cube isn't a worry as a shop near me is a dealer, with radon I'd be ordering from Germany, my concerns are, if anything major goes wrong it will be one huge headache getting it sorted, shipping bike back to Germany etc, shipping costs, lost or damaged in transit etc, surely they have links with businesses in other countries that can deal with problems on their behalf, the thought of everyone outside of Germany having to ship bikes back for warranty claims and repairs must lose them quite a lot of business. I'd love to hear of any experiences with bikes purchased outside of the uk

I would also be concerned that as of next year, if there is no deal with the EU, does that have any implications for sending a bike to the EU for repair?
