Newbie from Wiltshire - looking for recommendations

bought a Haibike hardseven last year. I’m short at 5ft 1in and have been considering a dropper post to make it easier when coming to a standstill and also for downhill sections.
any recommendations for small framed bikes, I have to get the seat right to the frame to reach the ground.
