Anyone heard anything about a new Yeti gen5 bike dropping soon ?
I haven’t heard anything on full-power but guessing it will be LTe.

I am riding the MTe and haven’t been this blown away by a rear suspension since I had a CBF regular bike. It is amazing how it tracks over rock/root/trail chatter and climbs great.

I'm considering buying the MTe T3. I ride in SoCal, so lots of blown-out moondust that gets into everything. I'm a little concerned that the complex linkages might not play nicely in these conditions. How's yours holding up so far in that regard? And can I ask how noisy you find the motor?

I ride at Cuyuna twice a week. Soil is dusty with iron-ore as a base. No squeaks and rear suspension is amazing. Motor is very quiet, just a slight electric hum at higher cadence and no coasting rattle.

They say “Shred the Red” because of the soil color. It is a very self-sustaining base but can be a pain to clean. No issues whatsoever with the linkage.

Great info, just the kind of stuff I need to know. It's going to be the Yeti for me, I think. Thanks for your insight.

apparently my LBS has the new yeti bosch gen5. my buddy saw it when he was there. He's not really into ebikes so he couldn't describe it. Just said it looked fat looking.

Full power Yeti will be out next month.

Doubt the price will come down. Launch date will be in 3-4 weeks, so would hope that Yeti is stocked and ready.

Ive got the MTE and totally agree. The rear suspension is amazing and handles rough terrain incredibly for a 145 travel bike.

To buy , or just shown to the public? Wonder if the price will come down like the Santa Cruz Bullit?
You can expect same prices as the mte +-
Which means too high :) with performance level suspension and mechanical dt for 9850usd ...

Should drop any day now,any info ?

I was told it will drop tomorrow, I still can’t believe there’s no leaked pics yet though. I’ll probably order one while my mate is still a Yeti dealer, no more Yeti bikes at cost for me after this year😭

Depending on price, the base version could be my new bike for 2026. Fingers crossed it’s not to expensive. 🤞

The base MTe is £9500 so I would expect it to be at least that much, my guess would be closer to £10.5 though.

Hope so, would like to build my own and save a bit of money in the process.

Retail is roughly the same price as the S-Works Levo frame. I’m still waiting to see what kind of price I can get it for though, only problem for me is getting it from the US to the UK. I think my luck will eventually run out using the BikeFlights Event shipping hack😂🤣
