Preliminary test build is done:

Weigth is 17.6kg. It is without a battery, pedals and tubeless, without tyre sealant.
With battery, pedals and sealant it should be cca 20.8kg. Considering, it has heavy alu wheels, heavy tyres, heavy drivetrain, and coil shock I think it is good. Certanly good enough for me.

This early photo of your build is what gave me the final push to go with the LCE930. So thank you!

I am building my own battery too, that size is correct you won’t get anything bigger than that, it’s tight

How did you make the series connections? There is a gap between the 5 blocks. Also, which bms? Do you basically lose battery readout on the display but the m820 works perfect otherwise?

Yes correct. You can buy a Bluetooth bms but I prefer the basic bms.

I’m near Clermont-Ferrand.
The assembling is easy besides the motor mounting with the spacers, but you do it once and that should be good.
Otherwise, it was quite easy and the last bike I assembled was at least 10 years ago!

hi, great job very nice, but do you have problems with the gear change? because I do a little. since the sheath makes a tight "S" between the front and rear triangle, the wire struggles to return
