Preliminary test build is done:

Weigth is 17.6kg. It is without a battery, pedals and tubeless, without tyre sealant.
With battery, pedals and sealant it should be cca 20.8kg. Considering, it has heavy alu wheels, heavy tyres, heavy drivetrain, and coil shock I think it is good. Certanly good enough for me. :D

The BMS is a Daly 10S 36V 30A
Cells 18650 LG J1 3500mAh 10A 3P x 10S
Batteries are spot welded
The display functions as normal

For the connections, you just have connector for motor and connector for charge port? No can from that bms right?
 
where in France are you using the bike, can you give your comments about the bike and the assembling process?
I’m near Clermont-Ferrand.
The assembling is easy besides the motor mounting with the spacers, but you do it once and that should be good.
Otherwise, it was quite easy and the last bike I assembled was at least 10 years ago!

hi, great job very nice, but do you have problems with the gear change? because I do a little. since the sheath makes a tight "S" between the front and rear triangle, the wire struggles to return
