Mondraker Zendit Avinox

As leaked in the Mondraker instagram "are you ready?" posts for March 26, the new Avinox Mondraker just dropped on the Mondraker website this morning. Were we ready for this?

No, just kidding you! There's nothing new there so far, and this is just their Prime X urban bike which they apparently designed to be entered into the "worst looking bike ever" competition!

I hope the geo is similar to the actual crafty. Longish and size specific chainstays, high stack and an adequate reach for every size.

and I hope it has a straight, uninterrupted seat tube with a good insertion length…

you really think they give up on their suspension design?
it is a known issue for them that meanwhile many customers remark and a dealer recently told me „they are actively working to improve this issue“. Mondraker as a Brand has one of the worst insertion depths at their range, of the entire industry. so, maybe the Avinox Model makes a clean cut here.

Don't know why Zendit RR(8,5k) is delivered with an 4A loader, takes a huge advantage away, and the mullet isn't my preferred option too...

Stops you ruining your battery.

I've had my Avinox forbidden for 6 months now and havnt really felt like I'm missing out with the normal charger.

Barely worth losing any sleep over and will matter so little in the grand scheme of things.
For you maybe seeing as you have a new Eeb every other month so longevity doesn't matter for you 😂

For us mere mortals, I'll stand by my thoughts. Be interesting to compare teo battery's, ones that's been fast charged only for a year vs one that's not. Bet you the normal charged one will have a longer lifespan.

I will get a fast chsrger at some point though and a big power bank for some lunch time too ups so I have have an afternoon of Turbo 🙄

I'm hopefully going to be buying my first ebike in a month, and have been very interested in Mondraker as there is a dealer about 10 mins from my house. This avinox bike was very interesting so I was eagerly awaited the reveal today. The bike looks amazing, the blue and green are beautiful, but I'll be looking at the RR and that colour is not appealing, it kind of reminds me of our babies nappies. Maybe it looks better in person,

Barely worth losing any sleep over and will matter so little in the grand scheme of things on the Avinox battery. Fast charging this is well worth the ever so slight degradation that will occur.
But is it removable?

Having spent a bit more time looking at the images, the downtube looks a bit wider than the initial wow factor thinness from the side would suggest - please tell me it's not as wide as the Crafy and Level Rob?

the motor is now available for more than a year, where are the power users who only fast charge and have already a degraded battery?i heard the same thing for years with electric cars. turns out, it doesn't matter...
Software overheads are built into most consumer applications of accumulators to mask degradation.
As in, most people have no way of measuring capacity beyond what the software tells you.
But to that point, if you don't notice it, does it matter ?
I've got no problem with quick charging, but I'm also used to replacing $10k worth of batteries annually in other hobbies...
