Merida model help!

Hello everyone! I have this MERIDA ebike model and I can't find it in the manufacturer's website catalogue. I bought it from a friend who also doesn't know. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks very much!

My first thought was that it looks like a commuter bike.

I Googled e-spresso and got this:

The Merida e-spresso range is the "ebike for around town" according to Merida.

So. it's most likely an earlier model, judging by the bolt on battery on the down tube, instead of being integrated.

This is the closest I could find: It appears to be from 2012.
