Merida e160 775 headset Bearings

Hi all.
I would like to know if someone replaced their headset bearings on their e160 and with what? (need to know the size)
The original bearing after 6 months is cracking and screaming no matter how we take of them.

remove the bearings and read the bearing numbers etched in them.
