Hi,
I am needing to replace the headset bearings in my 2019 e160 900E, top and bottom..
Can anyone provide a part number at all..? Looks like I can simply replace the bearings without faffing about removing and pressing in new seats etc, which is what Id like to try and find...
They arent exactly sealed bearings, and the stem tube is open to water ingress from below..im guessing im not the first to discover the issue.?
I think I read that Merida had them made to order...meaning they may not be a generic bearing...Perhaps i need to go to Merida direct ?
TIA

Answering my own question if it helps anyone else in the future...!

OEM bearings are FSA ( unsealed type)
30.15mm x 41.00mm x 6.50mm 36deg x 45deg
40.00mm x 51.80mm x 7.50mm 36deg x 45deg
Sealed are here
( FSA Orbit 1.5 No. 57 Headset Bearings - Blueseal Bike Bearings™ )

Advice from other Merida owners ...at your own risk!)
The standard lower bearing is 51.80mm OD and can be a loose fit in the cup, creating a creaking noise. a 52.00mm bearing is a snug fit which i went with. I think a few guys have done this to fix creaking noises.

30.15mm x 41.00mm x 6.50mm 36deg x 45deg
40.00mm x 52.00mm x 7.00mm 36deg x 45deg

Hi
I've got a 2019 eOnesixty 900e, does anyone know if you can buy a 2 degree headset angled kit for that bike as I would love to slacken the front end on mine. I've looked at the Works website and there doesn't appear to be anything that is compatible.

Fitted a -2deg works headset in mine. Couldn't be happier. Note that this is only applicable to the original aluminium bike and size medium (I think large has a longer head tube which limits it to -1.5deg).

For anyone looking to replace standard headset bearings on the 2021 aluminium frames, here's the one from my eOne-Sixty 700:
