Levo 2019 with 27.5

I changed the 29' with 27.5 2.8
I like to have extra grip and comfort , but now my levo is a little too low and i wish

to change chrankset.
On a size m levo , are better 155mm or 160?
I am 175cm and i like to do descent , i always use turbo .
I am going to add 160mm kit on my pike , abs forks polimers too
