Integrated tool set on a 2018 Turbo Levo FSR Comp Carbon

Hello all

I just got my brand new Levo yesterday(Intro will follow shortly) and now I'm unsure if the integrated tool set mounted at the bottom of the bottle cage is supposed to come with the new bike or supposed to be bought separately - The shop I bought it from is claiming the later and just want to hear if that is correct?

If it is supposed to come with the bike then where do I find it listed in order to convince the bike shop I bought it from?

Yep that is where I found my multi-tool on the same 2018 Comp Carbon.
