Hi folks, just taken delivery of a 2019 vr and will be out for its maiden voyage tomorrow.

What are people running on the forks and shocks settings wise (hsc/lsc), sag and tokens?
Be interesting to hear peoples set ups, as not sure how it rides yet so would be good to have an idea before sorting my base setting.

I'm on an xl and weigh about 97kg

Sorry dude but it makes absolutely no difference what anyone else runs.
Your suspension should be set up for your weight, riding style and preference.

Read the suspension topic "stickied" at the top of the general Emtb forum and watch the videos. The first posts contain everything you need to get good starting point settings. ride the bike and adjust as you get used to the new handling.

It's an awesome bike. Enjoy.
