Same here, plus a patch kit and a TPU tube, chain breaker and extra links, allens, chain pliers. I have had to walk miles with a pinch flat, and rolled the bike 10 miles without a chain to get home on a 100f day. Wont do that again

I only ran the Cycplus out once but was on the Canyon. I got the cheapy and my thumb into tire isnt for off lol

A local dealer started to sell Amflow, the first one in my country, so from now on there is support, and warranty locally.

I'm really tempted to get one of the cheaper model with 800wh for 6500 euro.Is it a good idea to buy one now? There are rumors about the M2 motor, new manufacturers coming out with longer travel bikes. Who knows when we can actually get those, all of them seems to have problem with the supply.

Those are rumors. None are substantiated. If you can use a trail bike, this is the best one out right now. You dont hear anyone disappointed with their purchase.

I'm going to get a longer travel EMTB. But it will be used only about 30% of the times I ride. Most of my rides are adenture rides on single track technical up and downhill. And I like to play around popping of things, bunny hopping other things and just generally having fun. The Amflow requires the least amount of energy to do this riding.

But when I'm using the EMTB as just a shuttle to the top of technical downhill runs. The longer travel burlier EMTB is what I want to be riding.

So it comes down to how often the trail oriented Amflow will better suit your rides and the skills you want to learn. If I am trying to learn any skill. Skills like the Stopie then pivot the rear wheel whilst it's in the air, or wheelie, or bunny hop, or manual or jumps.

Most of these skills are really handy for both trail riding and downhill and I will get better at them quicker on the Amflow than a long travel downhill sled, because they are all easier on the Amflow. They are easier because the Amflow is really poppy and light.

Regarding waiting for a better bike. There will always be better bikes in the future. If you find a bike that meets what you want from a bike. Then just get it, IMO. But I don't know people's situations, so I understand some may be hesitant.

There's plenty of new Avinox bikes and stuff comibg next Spring. I'd probably hang fire and wait before buying anything now. I almost did so with my Forbidden but it ticks all the boxes even if the motor does get superceded in the near future

It's the bike world and with emtb's even more so... there's always another version on the way, but how much "better"? If the bike checks the boxes today, get it.

I carry one of those cigarette lighter sized electric inflators, with a gauge on it. My mates love it, and no longer bring their pumps. I end up with a flat battery on the inflator before we even head out. Luckily it plugs into my Amflow USB-C port, and recharges in 20 mins.

Bidirectional charging, Brilliant! The thought of a dead pump was keeping me locked into a manual type.

I can even charge it while riding if really needed. But otherwise if you empty it, it's a 10 min wait to get a big enough charge to fully inflate a 29er after a puncture. It's brilliant. Just push it onto the valve stem. No having to screw it on.

HA! It's the incidences of "rapid deceleration syndrome" that usually lead to N.U.T.S. (non uniform testicular shape).

I understand that it is recommended to avoid "rapid deceleration syndrome" glad to hear that it is a curable issue, I was concerned it was from riding Canadian "I say that in jest to the great humor that Dudley Do Right has brought us" and as a "Rocky and Bullwinkle" fan.

I only mount it there if I have run it completely flat and need it charged immediately. Which has been never so far. It's normally in my Camelpak.

Not sure retailers are allowed to sell the Amflow cheaper. That's what my LBS told me. I have also heard that Amflow discontinued suppling bikes to retailers who did discount them.

Not only that, the updates have software that limits them to 20 mph. Loomenade even says their bikes are limited to 20 mph

True it is a very exciting time! It will be interesting to see what else has the full enduro capability of the Rogue. I would be surprised if their are many, if any

There will be some interesting new designs with competitive price points early next year. Shaping up to be a lot of changes that go beyond fresh colors for legacy brands. I noticed that Amflow may be anticipating the market with an email today announcing a November 28 sales event.

I had fitted a set of 760mm Renthal Bars on my PL Carbon Pro. I want to use those bars on my new Enduro I'm building, so I wanted to put back the Amflow Carbon Bars. I trimmed them down to 760mm and bought a new Zitto 35mm Stem in Gold Bullion.

Really nice looking stem, and look on the bike is sensational.

While I had the stem off. I thought I'd grease the head bearings. That headset design by Amflow is really crap. It just lets lots of dirt into the the bottom bearing. Looks like this will have to be a regular maintenance.

Did some upgrades this weekend and took it for a test run. I already thought it rode great stock, but man it’s so much better now. Zeb ultimate 170, ext storia v4, we are one mullet wheelset with I9 hubs, xo cassette.
Stock weight was 48.6lbs, now sits at 49.2lbs. Not bad!
