Hello everyone,

I'm posting here about an issue with my Darfon E4C0G battery (Shimano EP8 version), which fell off my Scor bike and is now not working.

Only one of the two thyristor wires was cut; I’ve resoldered it, but the battery still doesn’t function. Everything else seems fine — the pack voltage reads 41V, but there is no output.
At the On/Off button pins, I measure 38V. When I press the button, I hear what sounds like a relay click, but the output voltage remains at 0V.

It seems like the BMS may have gone into a protection mode due to the battery casing being opened.

Is there a way to perform some kind of reset, or communicate with the battery other than through the E-Tube app (which doesn’t work since there are no signs of life)?

Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what else I could check?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank's in advence

Hi! Did your battery fell out off the frame and do the LED's still work?
I've got a Scor 4060 Z which stopped working suddenly, no power at all after that.
I send the battery back to the bikeshop under warranty, hope that's the issue and get a new one.

Hi! Yeah that's exactly what happened...
The battery fell out of the frame when I'm riding and break it open. Then I have no sign of life. The led on the battery doesn't work.
The bike is 3 years old now maybe no longer under warranty ... and the battery is open so it can be difficult to ask Warranty ? What did you think ?

I never heard that happening with a Scor, that really s*cks man. You can always try and contact Scor, many they can help you.
