Commencal Clash upgrade from 7-Speed to 12-speed - Advice?

Hi all

Must admit, not necessarily Ebike related, but I think this is still the better forum.
Bought a Commencal Clash with a 7-Speed casette etc.

Want to upgrade to 12speed, but I need some help here;
I have a preference for Shimano, but I would also be fine with SRAM.

Right now:
- At the moment it has a SRAM 7-speed GX setup
- Wheel is outfited with a Shimano Freehub
- De HUB itself is a Formula ... ? I dont know what type.

Option 1
Use a SRAM NX 12-speed casette + GX Derailleur + Shifter + Chain
Disadvantage; Weight and not available in 52

Option 2
Upgrade Hub with Microspline and install Shimano 12-speed XT.
Can I combine SRAM brakes with SRAM Shifters?
Disadvantage; I don't know if it is worth to upgrade the Formula Hub, even if I can get the parts

Option 3
Upgrade Hub with XD and install SRAM 12-speed GX 52T casette. Most costly probably.
Disadvantage; I dont know if it is worth to upgrade the Formula Hub, even if I can get the parts

Are there any other options? Any advice?
