Preorder live now (got an email 30 mins after signing up) and geometry table for the 12 prebuilt sizes looks decent. Real shame there isn't a frame only option at this pre launch stage.

That link works fine for me - try on another device:
The S range is a DW4 linkage rather than the DW6 on the A range.Think the pricing is pretty good to be fair, I would have liked a carbon one, but hey thats a decent loooking bike. Only thing you cant see is if there is a DW link suspension set up, which i'm guessing there isnt?
You there Sunday ?I've ordered one. Let's see what gets revealed. Can always cancel. I'm at dyfi 3 times a month so can pop in now and then to the factory.
Unsure. Be there either tomorrow, Saturday or Sunday. You there Sunday ?
Caersws on Sat, Dyfi Sunday... Come say hello if you're there.Unsure. Be there either tomorrow, Saturday or Sunday.
With the new Amflow bikes allegedly due in April including one model that's meant to be significantly cheaper than current rivals alongside other manufacturer's Avinox powered bikes I can see why Atherton have tried to get pre-orders in ASAP as 2026 is looking like a very busy year for ebikes so we the end user's should be spoilt for choice.

A200 DH for my lad and a Fuel ex8 in bronze sorta thing for me.
Completely agree. Which makes the pricing of the dyf-e a very welcome surprise. I think down the line a frame only will happen as wellTBH i don't think Atherton are competing for Amflow riders, in the same way they're not competing for Marin riders on their pedal version etc.
Atherton are something you either want or don't.... but they're competing with things like a Crestline, a Pole, a Pivot, not with Amflows.
I asked them on the chat facility, it’s “23.75 kg in full burley DH spec”It will be over 23kg. Carbon avinox with burly builds weigh that or more. So this will be 24-25kg
I asked them that question too.I'm guessing 600W battery?
Or another size that's not currently availableI'm guessing 600W battery?
Nah, Anyone who's looking at an Atherton bike is more than likely not going to give an Amflow a second look.
I wasn't specifically saying the Atherton was competing with the Amflow but there are several other manufacturer's rumoured to be launching more aggressive Enduro style Avinox bikes such as Forbidden, Mondraker and obviously Crestline who have already sold out.TBH i don't think Atherton are competing for Amflow riders, in the same way they're not competing for Marin riders on their pedal version etc. Atherton are something you either want or don't.... but they're competing with things like a Crestline, a Pole, a Pivot, not with Amflows.
I think it's almost certainly a propriety battery given the size and shape of the downtube.Or another size that's not currently available![]()
What don't you suspect may be 'right' ?Was going to pre-order, then decided against it, but then went back and pre-ordered....
Not sure if its 'right' very short of details, hopefully those of us who have will get the details before the cut off and can cancel and get a refund on the deposit, so no risk really, other than deciding I actually want it, and have to sell a kidney.
