Hi all! I just noticed that this plastic ring (sorry, don't know the English word for it) is broken into two pieces. Where I could get a new one; do I have to get original part directly from Cube dealer, or is there any other better quality part which would fit this bike also??

That is the headset compression ring, its what centres and tensions the bearings in the headset.
Like on my 2020 AT it is garbage, and as originally fitted has a huge gap in so that gear and brake cables can be routed under the stem.
Mine failed after 3 rides, but not quite like yours

Have a read of this thread discussing alternative headsets

Superstar, cheap but a great headset,
Acros, OEM on some 2021/22 cubes, questionable quality,
Cane Creek, great headset, but expensive.
All are discussed with part numbers and links to buy.

I wouldn't bother trying to get the same replacement part, but get whatever replacement headset is available where you are

Thank you very much MrPeaski! Actually I now got my bike fixed by local dealer (for warranty), to get quick back on the saddle. But I also ordered that Type 5 & E set from SuperStar, will change for it as soon as it arrives :)

Or you could go with the cane creek option which I'm running the 40 series , fantastic bit of kit , pricey though.
