ANNOYING RATTLE

Hi all ,I see the new Bosch motor has an annoying rattle but I've got a Giant Reign E and am getting a very similar noise on my bike , it sounds like chain slap when not pedalling. I was wondering if any other Yamaha motor's have this issue and what can be done to sort it ?

I have a giant reign E+1. I had some issues to. The rattle is the lost one who had to be solved. If I going downhill over some rough train my bike sound like a very cheap city bike. I hate it. Don’t know any solution

Hi. I have this same issue on my 2023 Reign, when going through rough stuff it is rattling a lot. I don’t remember this to be the issue when I first got the bike.

I don’t think it’s the motor, but rather the chainring / chain. Anyone else have a noisy bike going downhill?

Anyone fitted a chain tensioner to their Reign?

Clutch off or broke on rear mech or chain too long can cause drivetrain rattles. Worth checking

My Reign is quiet as a mouse.
Have you checked your bearings and suspension are working smooth and the chainring os torked to 35NM?
