298mm double butted 3.2 X 1.8 x2mm threads identical replacement is dt swiss alpine 3. The spoke you have are Sapim and you have to call amflow to get one.

any 2 mm spoke will work, the stock spokes break easy, so I relaced my wheel with Sapim strong spokes. Have not broke one since.

Dear @Amflow_Support I have a Supernova M99 mini Pro25 front light and I understand this is a supported 3rd party light.

The light is wired to a high lead connected to the control unit. I've modied the buttons, but the light does not come on. This has been tested with 2 working lights.

I can verify it has power because the Supernova high beam button (plugged into the lights expansion port) lights up blue for a second.

Is the light support? Any clue why the bike isn't powering it?

Where do you get your information that it is supported?

Supported might be strong. Hopefully working might be better.

There have been a few users with a HIGO lead using this port to power lights.

I can see the output from the higo lead spike to 12v, the blue led of the high beam flash, then nothing.

EDIT: Amflow web support are working on a Sunday, no "AI" response. Supernova M99 Pro is a supported 3rd party product, the power issue I'm getting is a known issue and support will contact next week. Impressive.

EDIT 2: A firmware with this fix applied to my bike 24 hours after reporting the issue. The bike now powers the Supernova light with on/off on the screen.

I needed to program the light to come on as soon as power is detected (hold high beam switch while powering on). The high beam control currently does not work from the bike controls and it currently requires the Supernova high beam switch.

Impressive from the @Amflow_Support team

Can we expect the new Action 6 camera to work with the bike? I’ve been putting off purchasing the action 5 and waiting on the action 6, which is supposedly releasing later this month.

Having issues with my system resetting when powered down. I can successfully take it out of demo mode, pair with the bike, and input my settings but once turned off everything reverts back. Anyone had this issue? @Amflow_Support can maybe offer input?

dear support,
The screw holes on my monitor have broken, even though I tightened the screws using the correct torque. seems a production defect. what can i do now?

The plastic on mine crumbled around the screw holes as well.
Seems like somethings not right with the plastic.
Hi there, if you feel that your display may also be affected, we kindly ask you to send an email with the details to [email protected]. We will do our utmost to assist you and ensure the issue is addressed as quickly as possible. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Dear @Amflow_Support

Any chance we could get two profiles so to speak for assist modes.

Had two profiles on my Shimano EP8 which was handy to quickly swap between full eco/battery saver settings then full power ones without having to spend the time tuning the settings up or down while out on the trails
Hi there! Thank you for your valuable feedback! At the moment, our system does not support multiple assist mode profiles. However, we will record your suggestion and forward it to our development team for further evaluation. Please stay tuned for future updates.

Anyone know how to change the wheelsize setting (from 29" to 27.5") on the bicycle screen?
Hi there. At the moment, it’s not possible to change the wheel size setting directly from the bike’s display. You’ll need to adjust this in the AvinoxRide app. The specific steps for setting the wheel size are as follows:

How can the display be turned off while charging the battery?
Hi there! You can do this as follows: While the battery is charging, first power on the bike, then go to the menu and select "General." From there, choose "Screen Off" and tap it to turn off the display. Please note, this only turns off the display (the screen), not the entire system.

Sorry if this has already been answered but will the new style 2026 Fox Float X2 fit the base model Amflow?
Hi there! At this time, there has not been any official compatibility testing with the new 2026 Fox Float X2 on Amflow PL. We cannot guarantee whether it will fit properly. For larger reservoir shocks like this, we strongly recommend test-fitting first to ensure there is no interference with the frame before making a purchase. Thank you for your understanding!

Hi, we’re truly sorry to hear about your broken spoke. For your reference, the carbon rear wheel on the Pro version uses:
SAPIM E-Light Straightpull spokes, 2.3/1.7/2.0, length 299 mm.

If you purchased your bike from an authorized dealer, you can contact them directly for a replacement spoke. Alternatively, you’re welcome to email us at [email protected], and we can arrange to send you a warranty replacement spoke.

Hi, I’m thinking to buy an Amflow bike in the USA and bring it to South America. If I activate and register the bike in Chile, can I get the full 1000 wt power or I’ll be restricted to 750 Wt like in the USA?
thanks

Hello, I just bought an Amflow PL Carbon Pro and I haven't even been able to ride it for a single kilometer. The salesperson tested it in the store to make sure everything was working properly, but once I got home, I couldn't turn it on… The only thing I can do is press the power button for at least 10-15 seconds; the screen lights up and then immediately goes off. When I plug in the charging cable, this is what appears on the screen...

Thank you for your help

Check your battery connection as the first thing to make sure there are no loose wires.

After that, take your bike to the shop as it should be their issue to resolve under warranty.

Hi there! Thank you for your question. In the USA, setting the maximum power above 750W will only trigger a safety reminder—not an actual limitation—and we will adjust accordingly to comply with local regulations. If you activate and register the bike in Chile, there will be no restriction, and you will have access to the full 1000W power.
