Does anyone have this error regulary when riding bike park?
I do not have display, but orange light comes after every park ride and I need to reboot my bike during a lift ride.
I have Pole voima with gen 4 smart system performance engine. I have got these errors since day one. Asked it from support and they said that it is more like feature than error and comes when jumping high.
It is really annoying thing thing. I'm not gonna stop jumping :)

The official error description from Bosch is a malfunction of the acceleration sensor, which could result from hard landings after jumps. As this is not a common error for bike park users I would try to get it fixed during warranty. The fix will probably need a new motor or at least repair in the Bosch factory.

Error 511004

Acceleration sensor does not work properly.

The speed may therefore not be correctly displayed to you.

Solution steps

Restart your eBike. If the problem persists, please contact your specialist dealer.

Apparently this orange error light could be warning of deeper trouble. Whilst the error can be reset and the bike ridden on, there are bikes that get this orange light on rough terrain an/or jumps that are beginning to destroy batteries. Bosch are replacing the entire system on some peoples bikes so they are aware there is an issue. One of my 750wh batteries is now useless (range is tiny and it won't provide the motor power going up hill under load) and my second battery is going the same way. Both my batteries (and motor) are within the warranty time frame window but I'm the second owner which is never good when dealing with Bosch.

@leo_kokkonen are you aware of this issue?

Thanks for pointing this out! All our bikes are built to meet Bosch's strict engineering guidelines. If there's an issue with a Bosch component and it's still under warranty, that's something Bosch should take care of. We'll be keeping a close eye on this topic.

So I had this orange light, after a very rough descent (Black , but unfortunately I couldn't check the problem @Flow App, because my phone battery was out... and the ebike battery also died at 1km from the car.
After charging, and turning on, it seems all ok, but let's.
I haven't riden the ebike after, but should I go to a Bosch dealer and read all the errors, and move from there?

To add more information and putting everything in prespectivdle, the trail (or trails) are these (all are connected, and in reallity it seems a single trail).

The track (it is actually 3) are all red grade according to Trailforks:

Thanks!

I recently bought a 23' Orbea wild team I have 2 rides on the bike both on Jump Trails and the bike goes orange on the controller every Lap. I have to turn it off and back on to get the bike to work. I just updated the bike last night to the newest sw and will go back to that jump trail and see if it repeats. Any more updates from you guys that have had this issue? Fixes? Thanks folks
