22 160TM spoke problems

2022 Stereo Hybrid 160TM
2 weeks old with 1 very slack spoke. With the Newmen wheel spokes being straight pull they just spin when I try to tighten.
Anybody else have this problem?
Tried to grip it with pliars but don’t want to damage the spoke
