I want a water bottle if I'm going on a big day.Massive deal breaker and lots of owners were waiting on a larger battery on the previous gen Bullit. It never happened and now SC are forcing you a 600wh again. The Bosch update is going to make that 600wh even smaller.
You know SC are facing a lot of questions & comments regarding that when they feel the need to justify their battery decision in all of their marketing and reviews videos.
Competitors are offering bikes with 800wh with equivalent weight or less (Forbidden, Unno) or bikes with a very flexible approach on the battery side (Levo G4) to make everyone happy.
Otherwise it's a killer bike for those who are fine with the small battery & forced range extender for bigger days.
I sort of get it, if you are ultra fit and happy to ride Eco all day, or super lazy and you want to do a small ride in boost.
I'm in the middle, want to do big days with full fat assistance, so it doesn't work for me.
If you're in the ultra fit category then you should consider the PinkBike winner Trek Slash+ as a serious competitor.
