Range extender and a charge using fast charger at lunch will get you the equivalent of 2 batteries if that’s not enough then get two range extenders. Be a lot cheaper than buying 2 additional batteries.

I only need one spare battery, first one gets charged while I'm using the other.
This also keeps the weight down, SC themselves said it rides much better this way...

I wonder if they truly couldn’t fit the 800Wh battery in their frame design or if it was purely a choice they made based on cost savings by only having one option for people to buy. I get the 600Wh is the “better” size in terms of weight and balance, but it seems like it wouldn’t have killed the to give people the option.

With all the arguments over batteries lately it seems like these manufacturers could have just gone in the middle with something around a 700-750Wh battery and had the best of both worlds between weight and range. Everyone is either talking about using a 600 with a range extender or complaining about weight on an 800
