You are running a Fox 36 right? Cause otherwise is 48,2lbs really possible.

I re-weighed the bike today, complete as pictured previously at 51.8. total complete, meaning that by swapping out the 840 W battery w/ the future 600 w battery , a savings if 2.2 lbs, i can get it down to 49.6 lbs w/ Fox 38 fork. I will be upgrading, however to the new Fox Podium inverted fork later this week, which is rumored to add .75 lbs over the current Fox 38 fork but offer superior handling and plushness. A worthy upgrade, though pricey at $1835 discounted cost.
 
I'd love to see a comparison with the Push Nine.One since they are pretty comparable in price. Sadly it's two ultra high end rare forks, so there isn't much out there.

51.8 I think is a great weight. That’s about my gen3 weight with a 700wh battery. If I can get the bike to that weight with a 840wh that mint. Especially with a 38

There’s been a few issues with the podium already. Apparently when you torque the axle bolts it causes the legs to twist and binds the fork up. A few well known suspension shops have posted videos of it, one shop had a really good video showing the leg twist.

The nine.one is on version 2 now, they’ve made some improvements to the mid-stroke support. I want to try one but I’m not buying it at UK prices, I’ll have to wait till I’m back in the US at Christmas to buy it from my mate’s shop.
 
Still having hard times in getting one.
It seems that Spec hasn't planned to sell bare framekit in Italy.

Did a bit of a breakdown of luna87824 build comparing it to the online S-Works given specs. I listed the parts that yield most weight savings.

S-Works = 23,7 kg(w.o. pedals)

Tires 1290g+1240g = 2530g
Fox 38 2400g
Roval Carbon Wheelset 1780g
Fox Neo Dropper post 800g
Maven Brakes 710g
Sram HS2 Rotors 420g

Luna's (XC Build) 20,8kg + missing fr. br. hose(say 100g)=20,9 kg, remove XC pedals = 20,7 kg

Maxxis Rekon(890g+840)1730g = - 800g
Fox 36 2000g = - 400g
XC Carbon Wheelset 1,480g = - 300g
Carbon Seatpost 》200g = - 600g
Remove(?)SWAT storage/tool -50g
XTR brakes 560g = - 150g
XC Light Aliexpres Rotors 220g = - 200g

Total weight savings of: 2,50 kg

23,7 kg - 2,5 kg = 21,2 kg

There is still 0,5kg difference to his stated build, but it think that could be due to the facts that the new bikes are being sold with tubes(300g easy) and that he used an even lighter wheelset(the extra 200g) as choosen by me for the comparison.

It is interesting to see what is possible with his build. For his use case it is most probably useable, for me personally the rotors and tires are a big no go on an emtb with a 4kg battery up front, for my use case they wouldn't survive very long and surely lack performance downhill.

Now stick the 600Wh in there and you are at 19,7kg...just shy of the festival showroom suspicious 19,6kg S-Works.

You can also save weight by using a 31.9 dropper with a shim rather than a 34mm dropper.

I don’t think it can damage the frame as the gen3 sworks was using a 31mm dropper for a long time with a ship as the axs reverb did not come in a 34. So I sure it’s safe.

That’s almost a 150g saving

True, I think the bigger benefit of that is that if you have a solid wireless dropper in the smaller 31,9 size you can easily swap it between different bikes ✌️

I've been trying to find the answer to this 19.60 kg build from the very beginning with no success.

The confirmed weight for the Specialized Levo 4 bike is 23.62 kg without pedals and with the tyres set up tubeless (proof at Flow Mountain Bike). So tubes are off the table.

At the 19.60 kg weight mark, Specialized stated that this is a trail-ready build without critical compromises. As far as I see, there is an Eliminator + Butcher tyre combo, which is not cross-country, and weighs something like 1 kg for the Butcher and 900 g for the Eliminator. I also assume from their statement that they didn't use the lightest cross-country wheels to achieve that weight and those are probably regular levo s-works wheels maybe for 28 spokes in the rear.

My approximate counting is:
S-works weight is 23.6

lighter battery - 1000 g
tyres – 600 g
fork – 300 g (in my experience upgrading from fox 36 to fox 38 was 250g weight difference)
shock – 200 g
dropper – 200 g
brakes with rotors – 300 g
lighter wheels maybee 28 spokes in rear – 200 g

Which is 2.8 kg lighter, lets be generous and round to 3kg — so how did they manage to drop whole another 1 kg?
it looks like a marketing gimmick to me 🤷‍♂️
 
Apparently it was an S2 sworks with fox 36, rear shock no reservoir, lighter brakes, trail tyres, 600 battery, no swat and manual dropper.
