Levo Gen 2 2019 levo won't turn on?

Hi all. So iv come to go for a ride today fitted the battery plugged it in the bike turned on to check it was fully charged [it was] turned it off to go and put my gear on five mins later it wont turn on. Iv checked the plug is clean and dry the battery is not showing any faults. Anyone have any ideas what it could be or is it going to be a dealer job.

If there's no lights then I'd be thinking it's the power cable. If it's the original and the early ones before they got fixed, then yeah, I'd bring it to your dealer

Iv taken the power cable off {yes original] and it is cracked around the connector rubber so i would guess you are correct. Hopefully they can just send me the cable as its only a two minuet job to do.
