brose has an official belt repair instruction (including vaseline greasing) and a belt service kit. So it is not forbidden for a LBS to do this in general. Best regards, Chris

The belt used in 2.2 motor generstion has to be applied with vaseline. This prevents frome creaking. If it creaks, the serviceman forgot the vaseline. The belt in the newest version E01680-200 is not made of rubber and from a new supplier and does not need any grease to run silent over lifetime

Hi ! I had this issue in 2 of 2 Levo 2022 🙈 directly after the first 2-3 hard rides. After pressing in with loctite 638 high strength glue the bearings stayed in place permanently. Best regards, Chris

Hi ! On your 2nd pic the plastic edge directly under the Rosenberger Plug housing is deformed by an impact and stands off - it blocks the connector before all pins can engage 100%. perhaps cut it off in line with the rest of the edge and try again. Best regards, Chris

That's not possible: Derestriction only increases motor-supported maximal wheel-rpm. The motor will see 100% same electric and mechanic motorpower, same Belt-stress and same Motor-rpm. Best regards, Chris
