Turbo Kenevo Expert battery cable issue

Hi,

Whenever I remove the cable so I can charge my Turbo Keneve Expert, I can’t put it back and it gives me a lot of errors. After lot of fidling with it, pulling out, put back in, it randomly starts after 20 attempts. Nothing looks broken, but it seems the connector doesn’t go fully in?

Hi !

On your 2nd pic the plastic edge directly under the Rosenberger Plug housing is deformed by an impact and stands off - it blocks the connector before all pins can engage 100%. perhaps cut it off in line with the rest of the edge and try again.
