I ordered my One 77 as soon as the pictures were leaked and received it just before Xmas 2024
So thought I update on how owning the One 77 has been .

Minor Issues I've had a managed to sort myself

God awful creaking caused by shock bolt not being tight.
Battery cradle rattle noise caused by bolt underneath battery lock mechanism coming slack
Bike power turned off a few times but after flow update it's gone .

Major issues dealt with by Diamond Cycles Galashiels
Forks returned to fox under warranty
Top out knock developed and fork compression dampening got very harsh

Other than the items listed above I've had trouble free 2000km and just had routine maintenance and new drive train fitted .

So I'm still in the opinion that the One77 must be one of if not the best value Enduro Capable Gen 5 Bosch emtb of 2025

I hope everyone else has had a similar experience ⚡🚴‍♀️💨😁

No increase in motor noise (not rattling or knocking)?
 
I added some 50mm rise bars on my medium.
It was awful!! I went from 30mm PNW to their 50mm rise.
I’ll try dropping a 10mm spacer from under the stem but, more than likely, I’ll re-fit my 30mm.
Still loving the bike but, bloody hell, the BB is too low. God I wish it was 10mm higher.

Yeah the low bb is the only think that scaring me to buy the bike.
 
Yeah the bars are pretty high from stock, I like the position, but it's the first bike I've owned that is a right pain to fit into my van!

I swapped out the original handlebar for a 30mm rise bar as soon as I got my bike & it felt perfect. I too ride a lot of steep trails so like a high handlebar setup.
Last weekend I fited a Burgtec stem which is flat as opposed to the orignal stem which has a bit of rise to it.
I now have a single 10mm spacer with the Burgtec stem & 50mm rise Burgtec handlebars & it sits at the same height as the 30mm bars & original stem.
Feels just right for me (y)

New member here, love the community.
I too have been suffering with the dreaded creaking on the lower rear part of the bike. What i did (before joining the community and realising it's related to the suspension linkage) is I dropped the motor completely and greased all the bolts as I was convinced that was the issue.

Everything went smoothly but while doing so I noticed that the spacers between the motor mount and the frame are not simmetrical or appear to be missing. I'm prety sure this is how the bike came, nothing came loose when unmounting the motor.

May I ask other owners to check if it's the same on their bikes? I just want to doublecheck everything is in order and I did not mess up anything.

Hello everyone,
this video of a mechanic tales nabout the lack of grease when the bike leaves the factory and that's where the noises come from. It's in Spanish, but you can subtitle it. I hope it helps. I habe the 77 TM and 600 kmts úntil nos ok , but thinking on changing the cranks a 145 mm

 
Yesterday I was moving it around at garage , I realise lots off creaking was from front brake (shimano XT) while light braking/initial biting (not from shock linkages). Checked if anyting loose but looks like ok. Maybe is the type of pads/rotors ?? :unsure:.

take the pads out and sand the outer edges slightly. Sometimes they stick due to tight tolerances. Be warned, the can then rust more easily.
 
I thoroughly recommend anyone with this bike , who rides aggressively, getting the AVS guard.
I didn’t even feel the knocks during my ride but look at the state of my bash guard!
I’m going to mod it with a bit more wraparound protection and add some Kydex between the frame and guard.
No photos (yet) but I’ve mullered loads of the pedal pins too.
Only done 500km to date.

Anyone had this problem? Most likely it was not done tighten correctly by the store but the bolt on my rear wheel got loose. Started hearing terrible loud noice when i was biking home from work yesterday. Luckily i managed to tighten it before it would cause some damage.

Have had the bike for 3 weeks.

Not something I saw, but I had my LBS (Leisurelakes Nottingham) fit a Ridewrap kit before I collected, so the rear wheel would have been off and on a few times and checked again as PDI before I collected it. I then took the rear wheel of shortly after getting the bike to convert to tubeless, so bolt checked again then before I even rode it anywhere.

All that aside, has nobody else been taught to include bolt tightness checks in their pre-ride checks? Stuff comes loose over time on any brand of bike and I'm just in the habit of checking axel bolts, brake mounting bolts, suspension pivots and shock mounting bolts for looseness before every ride as part of my M check of the bike. I check for actual torque less frequently, but previous suggestions on this thread of painting little white dots on the bolt head and next to it, when it's at the right torque, makes it super easy to visually check if a bolt is coming loose (especially good tip on this bike, for those linkage bolts that are hard to get to).
