the dt swiss 350 star ratchet is a winner for me so far only 5 months but the 2 previous wheels died quickly on me, std wheel made noise after a month then died in 9 minths, the alex rims wheel died in 1 month then lasted another 4 after being repaired, so dtswiss 350 all the way

there is a reset button on the side of it you could try and reset it?? but range could also be if your got the right cadeance or not, just saying

you should check that the warranty on the rest of the bike is extended to cover trhe time not being used while waiting for it to be going again

I know this is an old thread and im reviving it but I had problems with my rear wheel / free hub, I went through 3 and have settled on a dtswiss 350, fingers crossed this lasts for me as my bike is only 27 months old with 6000km
