Power Tube battery.
Don’t seem to have as much
range, bile covered 1300 miles.
Is there any way to check condition
Of battery without taking it to my dealer

Are you riding in cold weather? It definitely has an impact on range, so maybe it's temporary?
 
there is a reset button on the side of it you could try and reset it?? but range could also be if your got the right cadeance or not, just saying
 
4 year old battery... yep the range will be reduced.
Batteries reduce in capacity from the point they are manufactured.
Buy a new battery when the range gets to a point you are impacted.

PS thats low milage. I have exceeded that in 10 months of riding.
