My Trek Powerfly 7 FS XL has just under 2,000 km on it over 4 years of riding. It's a heavy bike: the motor, if I remember correctly, is a Gen 2 CX Performance and the battery is 625 Wh. The tyres are two Maxxis MTB. I've been pretty diligent about battery health, keeping the charge between 30% and 70% almost always.
Yesterday I went on a long ride to test the battery: mostly on gravel, nearly the entire thing in ECO mode, except for a steep climb near the end where I switched to TOUR for two kilometers: 96 km total, 800 m of ascent and 800 m of descent.
I was surprised by how much battery life I had left at the end. The outbound leg used 33% and the return 37%, a total of 70% for the whole ride. Theoretically, I could count on about 120 km of range in these conditions. To be honest, after 4 years, I wasn't expecting that.
What about you? I'd be curious to know the condition of your battery after extended use:

- how old is your bike,
- how many kilometres have you logged,
- have you noticed any drop in range compared to when it was new?
