Avon Skin So Soft Dry Original Oil Spray works for us. And the SAS allegedly.

One of my mates (RIP Taz) was in the SBS ( they do the same as the SAS, but wearing a wetsuit and flippers). Prior to being recruited in to the SBS he was in the Royal Marines and when on patrol in Scotland, guarding the nuclear submarine base he said that it worked. But that it no longer does so. Even the makers of the product say that it doesn't work.

New sign on Deadwater made me feel a little proud ( did about the first 10 years ) ..nice touch ..

Yes Neil seen that sign take a lot of exploration that place. Took a wrong turn did a double black by mistake. Walked about four really steep sections, leave it for the young team.
