Hi, thank you very much for sharing.

Based on your situation regarding the purchase of an extra battery, we have taken note of your request and will try to communicate it to the relevant team to explore possible solutions.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thanks for supporting Amflow.
Dear Sir/Madam, I have the same request for purchasing a second battery. I will be traveling with my bike to Central Europe and need a battery there. I would then purchase a second battery at the location I travel to.

I am unable to ship the battery when I travel because of Lithium restrictions so a second battery is required. I look forward to finding out the price of the battery and how to receive it at a different location.

You are not helping yourself. You admitted in the thread that your bike had backlash after forks were swapped out between bearing races and stem cap. That is not Amflows fault.

Hi,
What could be the reason why the charging limit can't be set? When I try to set the charging limit, the message ""Festlegen fehlgeschlagen" appears, which means "Setting failed."

Some ideas?

Thanks for your reply. I mean ambient temperature, of course. For example - bike stays at my home, for long time, ambient temperature is about 23 degrees (celsius). Same for a long time. And bike shows 18 degrees only, again, same for a long time. Difference is 5 degrees.. Outside on the trail is the difference usually more, around 8 degrees. Possibility to make a calibration would be highly appreciated...

Hi Thank you very much for your updates.

The environmental temperature data is measured and synchronized to the central control screen based on the Avinox wireless shifter MCU module. However, since the temperature measurement inside the shifter's MCU can have a certain degree of error, the displayed environmental temperature may also have some inaccuracy.

We understand your feeling and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will continue to provide feedback to the relevant team in order to strive for optimization in this area in the future.

Thank you for your reply and explanation. My last post to this - if the difference to reality is 1-2 degrees, it is "inaccuracy". OK, this is not measurement device, but indicator only, so this error is acceptable. But - if the difference is 8 degrees (almost 30-50%), this is not "inaccuracy", but big disaster. In this case temperature measurement makes no sense..
Again - if there is a possibilty to calibrate the temperature sensor (set the current temperature), problem is solved...

maybe do one battery cycle first?
nope, cycle is @ 1 now --> still ""Setting failed.""

Have you powered the bike on before trying to set the limit?
You get a different message if you have done that.
i tried: with power on, power off, power on while charging, power off while charging --> ""Setting failed.""

@Amflow_Support any ideas why i can`t set charge limit?

an other question:
is something missing there? i can see the crown race an even the bearing. Shouldn`d be there any seal to prevent dirt getting in there?
And i can`t see any grease!

Hi there!

This is the location for installing the knock block. However, this component has not been released yet. Please rest assured that, based on our testing, this will not affect the frame's use or your riding experience.

I’m waiting for a new bike. Can I have two smartphones with the same Amflow account and pair both of them with the same bike? Because I want to use an old phone on the bike, but I want to see all the settings on my usual phone. Tia

I do not have a coil shock, and I cannot get my torque wrench onto that bolt when installed on the bike, because of the mounting below it doesn't allow the head of the torque wrench to fit. This is why most people Torque that bolt before installation.

So in your case, my concern would be the type of torque wrench you are using to fit ? And that if the head of your Torque Wrench is contacting that bottom mounting. Your Torque reading will not be accurate.

Anyway. Just advice from someone who also checks and greases his suspension bearings regularly. And I haven't had any issues with the amount of torque causing a problem. (y)
..yeah, not easy to reach, right. One has to deflate the airshock. The Yoke is flimsy, it has very few innerthreads compared to others. On top of that its made out of chinesium... ;) dont get me wrong. I still like the bike

Hi,there!Thank you for reaching out! Currently, one account can only be paired with one Amflow PL bike, and similarly, one Amflow PL can only be linked to one account.
Here are a few notes:
  1. You can't pair one account with multiple bikes, and one bike can't be paired with several accounts.
  2. You can log in to the same account with multiple mobile phones (there's no limit!).
① Just keep in mind that the vehicle Bluetooth can't connect to more than one mobile phone at a time.
② If your vehicle has a SIM card and the 4G function is turned on, then multiple mobile phones can control the 4G at the same time!
③ If the first mobile phone isn't unbound, it will disconnect the Bluetooth, but the second phone can log in to the same account to pair via Bluetooth.

Amflow_Support what can you do on your phone with a sim in the bike?
I can only see the state of charge
Any other things you can do??

I would like to change the charge limit

Thank you for your inquiry! Regarding the functions of the SIM card, once it is installed, you can activate the theft detection feature along with the following bike networking service functionalities:

  1. Use the 4G network to connect with the Avinox Ride App, allowing you to remotely check the bike's status and adjust device settings.
  2. Remotely track the bike's real-time location.
  3. Monitor the movement path if the bike is stolen.
As for changing the charge limit, you can do this in the Avinox Ride App by clicking on "Battery" on the home page and then selecting "Charging Limit" on the next page.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out!

He is to fat for that lightweight bike to . He mentions in his own thread that his weight exceeds the maximum weight recommended by Amflow.

hi, when will the knockblock be available? many times amflow said in q2 2025, but until today i have seen nothing to buy. thank you

Is there a way to see consumption in the App / bike screen? Similar to how your car will display consumption in MPG, I'd love to see a miles/kilometers per kWh calculation.

Hi! Chris

Regarding the setting of the number of chain links, this is the optimization solution obtained by our professional rider team after multiple tests. The 120-link chain performs better in shifting smoothness, climbing stability and power transmission efficiency, especially for the high torque output of electric mountain bikes, which can reduce chain jumping and frustration, making riding smoother.

Thank you very much for your question. For the currently delivered bikes, please refer to the official information provided by Amflow. Any updates will be promptly posted on our official website. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Dear @Amflow_Support ,
Thank you very much! So you suggest 120 chain links, setup key A, I understand.
Just one more thing in that context: which setup cog is recommended for tightening the transmission? According to SRAM, it is the 21 tooth (7th) cog.

do you agree?

thx for ur feedback in advance
Chris

Thank you for your feedback! Currently, the display may only support showing the range estimate. Regarding your suggestion about displaying energy consumption (such as miles/kilometers per kWh), we will collect your input and share it with our relevant team for future consideration.

Thank you again for your valuable suggestion!

Hi Chris,

We’d like to confirm first—does your bike currently have the Eagle 70 rear derailleur?
If so, we recommend placing the chain on the cog marked in red for setup.

It’s the eagle x0 transmission with axs (2026 Amflow PL Carbon Pro).
Thank you for your confirmation.

In that case, your X0 cassette should also have a red circle. This red circle is designed to help position the cassette correctly on the freehub body, ensuring the spacing between the cogs is accurate during installation.
