I'll be the first to call out a company providing crap customer service, but at this point do we know that it is Amflow that is the problem, or could it actually be the dealer? I worked in a shop many years ago where the owner was, frankly, mentally ill, and was a real slacker when it came to actually following through on his promises to customers. If Amflow is following up with you, but the dealer is not getting back to you, the weak link in the chain seems a little unclear at this point.Well ...... My fourteen thousand dollar Amflow PL Carbon Pro has been at the dealer with the blank display for 2 weeks. I have not received a single communication from the dealer. I contacted him last Friday. He said he would update me this week. Nothing.
It's been 3 weeks since I contacted Amflow Support. They have been sending emails checking on progress. But it's not me they need to be checking with, when they know the Dealer has my bike.
Can I just say that I kind of expected this from Amflow, but was hoping that customer service might be better.
Having said that, the dealer may have called/emailed Amflow many times, and the problem could be that Amflow may have a 2-tiered tech support, with slow responses to dealers that actually need to problem solve, with fast responses to you (or other end users) that are non-productive "feel good" check ins.
