That's a hell of a ride and only used 2 bars !
Maybe the bikes are being used for commuting..............Some staggering mileages on bikes & motors.
Magumba hahaEach champion has his story on Facebook this all. This forum does not allow links to be posted
Shimano steps ep8, E7000, E8000 used motors
On his 11th motor and 4th battery haha. No seriously that's great to hear about someone getting that amount of mileage. Probably loads out there similar stories but don't go on forums etc.
Good going that though I wish I had the secret formula. My Levos second motor was working great 2000 miles and I had wear in carbon frame. Sent whole bike back for new frame . They found an error on plugging in motor so replaced it as well. Just on 2000 miles on number four so how long have I got ???. Total 9000 miles now same battery amazingly i think. Levo Expert 2019 . Great fun though.Congrats! Mine isn't far behind at 9.918 km atm. It's on its second motor (although I'm not sure the replacement was really necessary – a precautionary measure while still under warranty).View attachment 140199
Lòt of cycling that I must say
This, except with an Ebike, every day is like Saturday!Lots of sunny days, good trails, health and a backup engine from Andrzej Wodejszo you can't ask for more

Is that 9,918km on the second motor or is that total?Congrats! Mine isn't far behind at 9.918 km atm. It's on its second motor (although I'm not sure the replacement was really necessary – a precautionary measure while still under warranty).View attachment 140199
Yes, trail riding takes ages to accumulate distance. I ride my SL to work as well as trail riding, so I get around 150 to 200km a week commuting and just 50km average trail riding on the weekends.I will never win this metric. My trails are too steep, too slow, too muddy, winter is too wet and i will destroy or replace the bike/motor before i get to 10k
Currently 2850km 10 months ride time.
It's the total mileage. The second motor is at 6.000 km. Battery still at 100% (and doesn't feel degraded either). Is that 9,918km on the second motor or is that total?
How's the battery holding up? Mine is still telling me that it's at 100% health.
I always thought English water was dryer than Welsh or Scottish but there you go ,your on 5 im only on 4 so I'm wrong again. Has been bad in all UK this winter I reckon.5th Motor and 13,155.2 km. Turbo Levo Comp 2020.
I will never do well in this department. Extreme mud and water in North West England. Nearly every ride is a constant barrage of water and mud, and very unpleasant without full mudguards front and rear, biggest ones you can get are needed. A really, really bad last 19 months in particular for rain. The were a lot of dry months in 2022 and that was the only year I never got an electronic related error. It just goes to show doesn't it ?
The never ending rain in 2023 into 2024 killed two motors, a speed sensor cable and a battery.
It has been a very wet Spring following a very wet Winter. 2023 was wet almost throughout and the end of 2022 was wet as well so it feels like it has been bad all the time for a very long timeI always thought English water was dryer than Welsh or Scottish but there you go ,your on 5 im only on 4 so I'm wrong again. Has been bad in all UK this winter I reckon.
Nobody in UK will argue with your summary there im thinking. We're getting a week of decent weather here. Alas I was away last weekend so wary of suggesting anything other than a day trip , maybe Tarland. It has been a very wet Spring following a very wet Winter. 2023 was wet almost throughout and the end of 2022 was wet as well so it feels like it has been bad all the time for a very long time
holy crap... thats almost 50k miles... what kind of riding does he do? any bike parks? jumps etc? This Bosch is from Francisco Calero de Puertollano, the ebike with the most km I know, it is a champion

4000 OK as well I think I hot 3000 out of one of mine . Currently at about 2300 on this one , borrowed time ? .I had my Bosch serviced by @Bearing Man last week at just about 4000 miles. There wasn't actually anything wrong with it per se but I've been off the bike with an injury, so it made sense to me to have it looked at. Now it's back in the bike, I can feel how much stiffer the cranks & by extension, the gears are to turn with all the new seals, bearings & grease. I reckon over time, the wear you incur in these motors is so gradual that you don't notice it at all. I can only guess how an 80k motor feels!
may i ask what motor that is ?You might be pleasantly surprised. Mine didn't look too bad & it's done three UK winters. But I do go out of my way to renew the barrier grease on the outer beatings.

Amazing to see how that purion survived for so long!!! it was the firs part that I upgraded on my cube, because I was afraid it could be destroyed very easily on a crash.Crossed over 9000 km!
