Mileage can be pretty meaningless for a motor. I have a bike that I really only use to session forest downhill trails.......meaning that probably for c half the mileage recorded the motor is doing nothing because gravity is doing all the work!!

I want to comment with photos so that you can see the importance of doing preventive maintenance every 8000 or 9000 km at most, opening, cleaning and oiling will give the engine another thousands of kilometers without problems and not let it "melt". The first engine with ODO 23,430km was only used until the goose noise started to be loud, (it had broken gears). Thanks to Andrzej's know-how, he was able to save himself by changing gears. The second engine did ODO 9,000 km and Andrzej greased and only found a broken washer, (engine after preventive maintenance was practically new). Please, never use Kärcher and do preventive maintenance to save you a lot of money and pay attention to "goose" noises. Thank you for your work andrzejwodejszo
I have been on my 2019 CANYON Neuron ON for 44,000 km and with the preventive maintenance of the three DUE8000 I hope to reach 100,000 km

That's a lot of kilometers!

My 2020 Levo SL is up to 13,500km and I plan to give the motor a full overhaul at 15,000km.

On my 2023 Giant Trance X E it says 2765 but its actally more like 3565 cause it errored out on me around 800 and mileage was reset. Original motor Syncdrive Pro2.

Hello. Some great mileages here. Just wanted to add my experience. My e7000 is on 4400 miles, covered in exactly two years so ridden year round rain or shine and has had one service to replace the grease, done by me at 3000 miles or so. The plastic gear and all bearings are original and still smooth. Out in all weathers including red warnings, snow, hail, rain etc and being in the UK my bike is almost permanently covered in mud.

Very happy with it.

Over 15,000km now and still going strong!

Just hit 5000miles today on the bike, which seems high, but got me thinking there must be a few who have done mega miles by now. Taking the bike to really mean 'frame' as I'm already on the second motor!

I was pretty pleased with 21000km on my focus thron with the boschcx4 . Outer bearing seals dine around 12000km . Never washed with a pressure washer . Mainly used on fire roads , touring and some sandy beach tracks . On south coast Australia

I have been thinking of buying a donor 2nd hand bike for parts and swapping parts as they fail , eg motor, battery ect , at the price of these parts its almost worth buying a second hand bike and just cannibalizing itnas required.
Hopefully ill get many more kms . Still love the bike and have no desire to upgrade or change to a newer model

My first gen Levo SL now has 20,000km on the clock

Want to update your leader board @jimbob ?;)

That's nice! My LBC changed my SL1 motor with 13,000 km a couple of weeks before the warranty expired, but it was fine, though. I noticed your battery cycle is 75 km—you're probably using a lot of ECO mode. My battery cycles are usually 50 km, since I mostly ride in TRAIL/TURBO mode.

I'm shocked you are still at 100% of battery capacity, when I hit 200 cycles I dropped to 90% of capacity. I at 205 cycles and have 90% of original capacity.

Yes, I'm surprised that it is sill at 100%. I charge it to 100% every time too, as the 80% charge limit on the ap hasn't worked for well over a year.

So impressive!
What’s your typical riding week if it’s not indiscreet? I would need 2 years on the road bike to attain this figure ahah
I ride my SL to work and back most days when the weather is fine and it's about a 53km round trip. So average around 200km per week. More in summer and less in the winter.

Who has the bike and engine with the highest mileage? My old 2020 Canyon Neuron ON, with 52,000 real km, but with three DUE8000s and up-to-date preventive maintenance 💪. The Bosch engine, of course.

That's pretty impressive! I think that keeping the motors dry is the key for longevity.

Na, nearly turbo the whole time as it does the majority of the distance riding to work and that is fairly flat so I am over the speed cut a fair amount of the time. Unless I'm pushed for time I back it off to trail for proper MTB rides.
